Over sixty years and the team is shit which is unsurprising as the academy has produced little over the last few years and we have hardly invested in any decent players since Puel was in charge

Thats may well be true but the team was pretty shit when they bought the club so they bought what was available with the only decent ones Lavia and Tino pissing off

Fraser Forster and Danny Ings left before SR I think Carillo was years ago but you are right SR bought a club with few decent players

I am not sure it is the current owners although sacking Ralph and getting in Jones was particularly stupid and getting promoted with no stand out attacking players has led us to where we are at the moment

We have been on a decline for several years nothing coming from the Academy and decent players not interested in joining us .

We managed to survive with home produced players but now Chelsea hover up the better young players in Berkshire and North Hampshire

The future is not bright but like Ipswich Town we will no doubt return to the PL one day
