Surprised it's taken this long. They've been terrible all season.

Surely his last job in the league?

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

Lexi is not cheap to keep, he needs the pay offs.

Saw Monk's final game when Cambridge lost 0-1 to Exeter on Sky TV. It was a pretty dire affair with a lot of midfield moves that broke down, rather like some of our games. Exeter had been on a bad run too with no wins since the turn of the year, but they shaded this one. I did wonder how long Monk could survive after that.

Harsh but true.

His mad appointment in the Prem was the start of what we have now.

His team beat Man Utd and Arsenal home and away in his best season. He signed Pablo Hernandez for Leeds Utd which they will look on as a master stroke.

He was the first of the Huw Managers that did not assess Huw's signings properly. Martinez Laudrup and Brendan would not have accepted poor windows and told Huw "I can find you better players than Fat Frank and Eder" when Bony left for ยฃ28m.

I think you will find (if you do the research) that Laudrup's agent had a big say in the signings during Michael's tenure. And most of them were brilliant!
