Monday night 09:50 - May 6 with 1655 views | MattFinish | This is the culmination of Gao’s underinvestment for 5 years and Sports Republic’s mismanagement of the club since and our season depends on a Spanish data analyst somehow completely by chance hitting on a team selection and game plan that gets us 3 points This is our biggest game since Man Utd at home in 2005 and I’m not hopeful Markus will be turning in his grave

Absolutely TN, we’re all but mathematically down. There is an absolute chance for us to avoid the drop but not with Selles in charge When it was clear that Jones was taking us down SR were completely indecisive and entrusted our survival in someone who had never managed even a reserve team and 7 years ago spent 2 years as a data analyst at Strømsgodset. Even then it was clear from Selles’s team selections, game plan and substitutions that he was way out of his depth and there was a chance to get rid and still have enough games for an Alardyce to come in and get some results You couldn’t make it up

Chelsea was the false dawn of all false dawns. We had suffered the decline under Hassenhutl and the utter idiocy of Jones. I was there that day and it felt like a genuine moment. One of the best away games I have ever been to, will never forget it. I don’t blame the fans for thinking Manuel was the saviour that day. It’s not our fault he’s a hapless buffoon.
