Indeed. If he was part of the National media scene and went from club to club every other day, he could afford to ask a few awkward questions and alienate a club or manager, but as he’s local and reliant on repeat conferences with the same people he can’t afford to “bite the hand that feeds him” and to be honest I don’t blame him.
