Should be saved in the My Account dropdown at the top of the page if you have signed in to your ticket account, if i remenber correctly. |  | | |

Rang a VERY helpful lady on the customer services number and she said there were 'issues' - activated my seat for me for £10 and no booking fee - well played her! | | | |

I go my two ok but I noticed it gave me an option to print a paper ticket which I selected. I am pretty sure we didn't have this option for the Pompey game. It just got loaded onto the card. [Post edited 7 Feb 2019 16:17]

I'm a member not a ST holder. Got print at home for the Pompey match.
For the Leeds game ordered 6 tickets 3 members, 3 non-members. 2 members allocated on card, 4 sent in post - was a bit confusing when the arrived!

Can anyone explain how the, "When making your booking you will have selected a Delivery Option" thing works?
To the best of my knowledge I have never selected a Delivery Option, and I can't see how I can change it, whatever it is.
If it's like the previous cup games, then it will have been credited to my ST, but I'd prefer the reassurance of printing out at home. I just can't work out how to select that option. My mate who sits next to me only gets the print-outs and can't get it credited to his ST. |  | | |

I’m in the same position mate.I didn’t see an option about how I’d like the tickets and I couldn’t be bothered to look for any option as I’d been on there for an hour already.
They sent out the Pompey tickets via post so I guess it might be the same this round too. | | | |
