Today’s court case on 18:16 - Dec 12 by fiftypencehead | I'm not in the Netherlands, nor am I Dutch but that thanks for the insinuation. I'm sure that you can check my IP if you are looking to find out who/where I am. I totally agree with all that is said about the buyout, and how we as fans have been sold down the river etc. I also think that the two protagonists in the current court case are money grabbing scroats who are just looking for one more payout. No more, no less, no agenda. |

"He also said the "whole process was unclear" and that he was under no obligation to inform non-shareholders before the deal was confirmed, adding that individuals' day-to-day roles would not change." And there is the opening for their barrister to claim he is a dishonest man!

Aha, so HJ therefore knew he had an obligation to inform SHAREHOLDERS before the deal was confirmed - but chose not to in the case of the Trust. There you have it ! [Post edited 12 Dec 2017 20:59]

I would love Junko to be outed as a liar in a public court. I do hope they have a smoking gun.

Think after the attempt to sell to Moores and Noell was shot down they didn't give a shit who they sold to or what machinations were necessary as long as the deal went through. And some want to forgive and forget what the f*ckers did. Crazy.
| Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back. |

They did though didn't they? I don't have the timeline to hand but I am pretty confident they told the Trust prior to the deal.

Why didn't the Trust take the advice of the Barrister, when he said they had a good case, you have to wonder, the damage this case could cause Jenkins and Co might change minds on the Deal hopefully, although I do sense some at the Trust what this deal signed and sealed ASAP crazy absolutely crazy.

They did tell the Trust prior to the deal being signed but the deal was way down the road before they told them.

Today’s court case on 23:15 - Dec 12 with 3198 views | swan65split | At the time of the sale, the club was valued at £110m. Mr Jenkins earned more than £8m for selling an 8.2% stake in the club, leaving him with a 5% shareholding. Mr Keefe and Mr Penny also allege their departures were related to age discrimination, instigated by club director and shareholder Martin Morgan. It was put to Mr Jenkins that he agreed with Mr Morgan, who was accused of saying Mr Penny, Mr Keefe and Mr Joseph should leave and be replaced by younger directors. "I do not think so, no," said Mr Jenkins. "What I said was the club needed to change and that's why we needed the new shareholders." Great , change to what?

I would question when the Heads of Terms were signed (in the December before the deal was announced!!!???) as this would have been signed on behalf of ALL Directors/Shareholders.....and we know that not all Directors knew anything about these negotiations, let alone a deal having been agreed! Also, did Jenkins have the right to sign on behalf of all shareholders?

It's the Trust that should be in court today, skewering him and his false pretences MBE to the cross.

I'm more convinced than ever that the Trust must pull the deal off the table regardless of whether original terms have been agreed to or not. Clasie, Lisa, please make sure this is discussed at the board meeting tomorrow.
