Who starts tomorrow? on 15:38 - Sep 26 with 2177 views | Tummer_from_Texas | If I were setting the lineup: Bony Montero-Siggy-Dyer Ki-Jonjo Taylor-Williams-Fernandez-Rangel Fab GM will probably start Routledge over Montero though.

Who starts tomorrow? on 15:41 - Sep 26 with 2158 views | Jack_Daniels | I think someone mentioned in another thread Bony will know he let the boys down last week and will be chomping at the bit. Take nothing away from Bafe as i wouldnt be disappointed if he got the nod but it should be Big Wilf for me.

Who starts tomorrow? on 18:05 - Sep 26 with 1993 views | Spratty | Probably Gomis for me although slight concern might be the potential effect on Bony so close to his red. Important he does not see it as a punishment. But really cannot get into all that too much just have to go with your gut.

For me Gomis has a lot to offer and deserves a chance. If he looks a little dodgy we can sub him and obviously we will need to introduce him more gradually. That is no disrespect to Bony who is brilliant. There is always a line to be drawn between bringing a player on within the team and performance. But presumably we have also to prepare for the African cup if Bony is still out for that.

True but it's tricky isn't it . Normally I'd like to see Bony wearing the defenders down and Gomis picking up on the hard work. But you do that too often and Wilf will get pissed off. So give Gomis the start tomorrow.

Who starts tomorrow? on 20:27 - Sep 26 with 1765 views | A_Fans_Dad | The one area where Bony is streets ahead of Gomis is in Defense during set pieces. Just on that alone, as their other attributes are fairly even, I would go with Bony.

If you say so it's settled as I think you've been right about all the line-ups so far this season.

I'd agree with that 99% of the time but he cost us the game on Saturday with sheer petulance so giving Bafa a start would send the right signals around the squad.
Who starts tomorrow? on 21:56 - Sep 26 with 1602 views | TNT | Jehovah's witness knocked on our door one Saturday morning, shared his enlightenment, and asked a question, to which my brother retorted,' ...and I'm a Swans fan, but I don't come round your house on a Saturday morning, asking should we start with f*g Alsop up front!' Had me in tucks with that spontaneous response fair play! No offence to jw. For anyone who has followed us through thick and thin, since the seventies (or before), I can't believe we're debating about two players of the calibre of Bony and Gomis. Staying on thread though... ...it's Bony for me!

I agree with Darran - I hate to be Sunderland having that XI staring at them! Seriously has to be the same starting XI as last week - nobody deserves to lose their place

True, but players have earned a place in midweek, Montero and in a funny way, Emnes. Although I'd go with Gomis who did nowt wrong at Chelsea bar that chance but lost his place.
