Not listened to the interview but I really hope Col has interpreted it wrong because as much as he might work hard, he's not good enough in the slightest. He can't finish, his movement is poor and he has no footballing brain at all. If pace and running around like a dog chasing his tail brought you footballing success then fine, keep him, but it doesn't. |  |

I am with the majority of people on George, he really isn't good enough for league 2 let alone league 1. One thought on the season just gone: in many games, as my interest was beginning to dwindle midway through second half, George would come on and my interest was rekindled. The final result wasn't always affected but it gave us something to talk about!! |  |

Sorry think this is an awful bit of business, he was clearly not good enough for league two, he will be a waste of space in League one. Running around like a headless chicken unable to trap a bag of cement , he really isnt good enough.
I cant understand the "love affair " the fans have with this guy. Yes he tries hard , but so would I ....I could run around and make a nuisance of myself...well for about 5 mins till got knackered LOl , but seriously we need better quality than George, we should of said thank you , good bye and all the best.

I don't know how true this is but supposedly Sam Russell was one appearance away from triggering a clause in his contract that would have given him a two year extension and doubled his weekly wage. Although a decent keeper he never did play that extra game. |  | | |

I'm sure Hogan will be one of the ones in negotiations. Signing from Hyde he can't be one of the top earners at the club so needs to be rewarded with a better deal. Will also be in our favour when clubs come to buy him. |

I would imagine Adebola having come to us from Championship Hull and Donnelly coming to us from Non League Macclesfield would have a bearing on wage demands. |  |
