Well I hope that article doesn’t come back to bite us on the @rse! 😂
And I hope the team don’t see it as a foregone conclusion which is some that could be levelled at them in some games this season, Portsmouth for example. They need to pre-programme the QPR game chip in their heads and go for it as if their lives depend upon it. |

I’m sure they would have been better if they had had their captain starting and Chaur as well. But, we started off well, on the front foot, purposefully passing the ball around with some lovely defence splitting passes. I think in the mood we were in we still would have won, maybe not as easily, if they’d had the full side out. As the old saying goes though, you can only beat what’s in front of you.
Let’s see if we can carry the first half energy and performance levels into Sunday’s game. |

Agreed, an excellent ‘no holds barred’ piece.
Can’t disagree with any of it though maybe there’s a better player in Bianchini than we are seeing at the moment.
And I totally agree with not getting to the POs this season. Softly, softly etc. is what is needed. Build this year, serious attempt next year all being well. But this is football and this is Swansea so who really knows?😏 |

New additions, get to know eachother, few more in the summer and have a good crack at it next year.
We are still inconsistent unfortunately but if the team coukd bottle that today and take a quick tot before every game then we’d be there or thereabouts this season. Unlikely though. |

Best performance at home probably since that famous game against WBA all those years ago. First half especially. |

Unfortunately, a deal of pragmatism is going to be needed in the second half. 9+/10 times this game is done and dusted (but this is Swansea City😁) so we need to take some players off given the Christmas workload. |
