| News Comment | A horribly familiar sinking feeling — report at 23:09:13
As per usual, our dreary pre-season programme didn't do us any favours. Mind up look at menu served up to Man U in the last month and they look as bad if not worse than us at the moment. Clint also deserves a chance on the left side of our defensive 3 and its very disappointing to see new signings walking into the first eleven ahead of Ale and Ned. |

| News Comment | Dismantling my QPR ideal at 00:31:21
Excellent article Roller. Congratulations to ex-R's full back Ian Baraclough who has managed Sligo Rovers to the league title in the Republic of Ireland. We last won the championship in 1977 when another ex-Ranger Paul McGee was on the main man. |
| News Comment | When Mark Falco returned to haunt Spurs - history at 15:43:43
Was delighted when Falco signed up for the R's. Still recall with horror his double blast against us in 1984. Was on the way to Echo & The Bunnymen in Dublin when the news broke. My first 5-0 defeat in eleven years as a QPR supporter. God help us there has been plenty of them since. On the subject of strikers now that AJ won't see any game time for several months, surely we should be able to call up DJ?? A 25 man squad should mean 25 players to choose from at all times. Best wishes to AJ by the way. He put in a great shift on Saturday before his unfortunate injury. |
| News Comment | Hostility and handshakes, QPR and Chelsea prepare for round four — full match preview at 14:40:03
Agree with most of the comments. Lets park up this Terry fiasco and concentrate on the match. This game is one of many reasons why we wanted QPR back in the Premier League. QPR team today is Cesar, Ferdinand, Park, Johnson, Wright-Phillips, Granero, Nelsen, Bosingwa, Da Silva, Zamora, Faurlin. I also c Rowan Vine has stunned Celtic with the winning goal for St. Johnstone. Well done Rowan and congrats also to Steve Lomas, another ex-QPR. |
| News Comment | Positives but no points as Tevez slays new look QPR — full match report at 22:12:16
Point taken Northernr (excuse the pun). Remember that game indeed. My dad used to go to Brentford and I was delighted that we went unbeaten against them in our League One days (or was it Division Two). And finishing on a West London theme, a couple of wins over Fulham (or even a goal) would be very welcome this season. |
| News Comment | Positives but no points as Tevez slays new look QPR — full match report at 17:44:14
Northernr, I have to say you talk a lot of sense and I enjoy your article every week but I don't ever remember losing to Brentford in forty years following the R's. God its bad enough being humilated by Chel** and Ful*** without that shower getting in on the act. |

All the best Heidar and thanks for the memories and ending Chelsea's league title hopes last October. |
| News Comment | QPR bid farewell to Kenny the Moneyball goalkeeper at 22:20:28
Good luck Paddy. The last two seasons have been memorable and you were one of the stars. I remember also that we didn't concede at Loftus Road in our last three matches and this was crucial in keeping us in the EPL and a bright future on the horizon. |
| News Comment | Mind your shins, Diakite is back at 12:49:56
Haven't been as excited about a signing in a long time. Can't help you isawqpratwcity with your queries but like yourself would love to know some answers. Anyway who cares we've got our man. |
| News Comment | Alan McDonald: 1963 — 2012 at 16:26:41
Remember Alan as a top player with Queens Park Rangers for many years. Was also delighted to see him manage Glentoran to a league title in 2009. May he rest in peace. |
| News Comment | LFW Awaydays — Eastlands, Manchester at 23:39:13
Agree with Juzzie with regard to City's winner. Forty seasons following QPR and I hate to see us lose. Last season's Leeds match gave me the same feeling. However can't complain too much as we were crowned League champions and stayed in the Premier this season despite conceding two late goal at Eastlands. One other point is Swansea and Norwich losing their managers. A month ago we were lookin down the barrell and the teams we came up with were safe as houses. Now we have Mark Hughes and a bright future and looking a better bet to extend our stay in the EPL than either The Swans or Canaries. Can't wait for the new season. |
| News Comment | Lay down your pitchforks, Barton’s not the right target — guest column at 21:02:00
'Referee Mike Dean has revealed he would have sent off Carlos Tevez if he had been afforded a full view of the clash between the Manchester City striker and QPR midfielder Joey Barton on the final day of the Premier League season.' Bit late now Mike. U could cost have cost us our place in next season's EPL, you tosser!!!!!! |
