The wife and I met her and another thespian in the Star Inn, Wenhaston, Suffolk some years back. She had just moved there.
I don't like to pester famous people, we just it was lovely to meet her. |

I wrote to the club a few years back asking if they could play the Largo Moderato from Rachmaninov's symphony number 2 in E Minor Opus 27 at half time.
And you know, to everybody's absolute astonishment, they said no. |

I love it. During Covid, when we were only allowed out for exercise, my daily walk was a roundtrip taking in the ground - about 4 miles.
A policeman said one day the walk was supposed to be just aroumd your own area.
I said I lived in a $hit'ole and he was OK about it. |
