Fishers love to see things end up in their nets. |

The England squad tried to fill out their postal votes yesterday. None of them could find the box and all failed to put a cross into it. |

Levelling up was never going to be implemented. It’s bizarrely a socialist idea proposed by a Tory government. |

Indeed they have. Labour has never won an outright majority in a Senedd election. To their shame, Plaid has usually come to their rescue and voted with them. |

Sunak finally does the right thing. His own indecisiveness is one of his biggest weaknesses. Thant, and his being absolute shite. |

They’d go through in third place with 4 points, surely? |

It’s not EU expansionism (Farage’s obsession) that Putin is concerned about, it’s NATO expansionism. |

Is he still voicing the opinions of the silent majority? |

Interesting comment from Farage about the west provoking the Ukraine war tonight. |

If it were a Sennedd election it would be very interesting. Because it's a General election people may decide that they dislike the Tories so much that they're prepared to hold their nose and vote Labour. Turnout will probably be low so numbers voting for Labour will probably drop but all that matters on July 5th is how many seats they win. Interestingly, Labour has never won an outright majority in a Sennedd election. Plaid Cymru have a habit of supporting them though. Maybe after Gething's shenanigans they won't be so keen next time? |

Obviously countries like China and India have high CO2 emissions, it is unfair to judge them just on numbers though. The USA has by far the highest CO2 emissions per capita of any nation on Earth. China is similar to most of Europe and India is way below Europe. |

There are some very good managers at the tournament. You can tell them because their teams are very well organised, have a clear tactical plan that the players absolutely buy into, and their teams are greater than the sum of their parts. Southgate has some outstanding players at his disposal but he doesn’t tick any of the boxes that would indicate that he’s up to the job. |

Slightly odd to have the SNP there as they only apply to Scotland. Otherwise every party leader there (including SNP) has at least 15 elected MPs. Reform has none. Plaid and Green have more right than Reform on that basis alone. |

Maybe that explains Liz Truss and Rishi Sunak? Two half wits chosen by the Conservative Party and not the electorate. |

The Conservatives tried to bring in a bill to allow prisoners the vote in 2011 although the party was split on the matter. Labour joined the Tory rebels to defeat the proposal. |
