I agree, but still think it is not the individual players but the way they have been managed, and the way the squad has been chopped and changed all season. We have players who are individually good enough to compete in this league but they are not having the best brought out of them. How many times this season have we been excited about a new signing in their first match (Ball, Bunn, Bogdanovic etc..) and then some curse hits them and suddenly they become mediocre. I maintain that it is the way these players are being managed that is at fault. |
i honestly believe the players we have in the squad SHOULD be lower/mid table ,we dont become a crap side just because we lose 3/4 players no matter how good they were ,its all about management .
Good managers get their rewards , bad managers get teams relegated.
Individual players can only change a small part of a game , directors and managers can change a season,tough times at San Spotland. |  | | |

And since money is no object to Rochdale football club in your deluded world, why don't we appoint Jose mourinho, sign messi, build a 40,000 all seated stadium..... Perhaps you could also exploit the huge tourism industry Rochdale has to offer, you could tap up some of the thousands of rich Arab investors that have an interest in the area, in fact let's build a 5 * hotel, so when Barcelona come to play us in 4 years time after we have won back to back promotions and then the premier league, under your guidance as chairman, their players will have the facilities for a lovely sauna pre match and a bit of scrambled eggs and smoked salmon before the game.
