If you're still buying into the idea that taking Smyth off after 30 minutes of the only friendly he's played, and then him disappearing completely for the next two, is "to help with his loading" then best of luck to you.
I agree with you on Chair though. I'd be popping him in a small box with a lot of thick padding for the next week.

Kelman bright in the box. Rendall seems alright at the back. A few good interceptions. Although don't think he's being tested.
