Really good news that Zen are sponsoring Dale as of today......great to see a successful high tech Company putting some loot into the club.

Good partnership

Fantastic news. If ever there was a local business that epitomises a success story, Zen is it. A I'd say that was a great coup to get them involved as sponsors.

Agreed a fantastic sponsor.

More the merrier in these tough times.

Been a Rochdale fan for 25 years and a Zen employee for 13. Hoping the Zen logo is on the shirts from the club shop! Good move for both sides I say.

Good news about the linkup with Zen

And with TinPot being an infrequent poster, i was just having a quick look at his profile (just being nosey) and came across this classic thread from 2012:

Lift to Charlton Athletic by DaleAwaydayBot 9 Feb 2012 12:28
Does anybody have a spare seat please i will put towards petrol as by the looks of things the club coach might not happen 2nd time around

Please Note: No Trolls please this time [angel]

Some brilliant contributions, especially Shun's on page 5!

Just a 'heads up' for anyone considering taking up this offer - and who is currently a Virgin broadband customer.

The technology used by Virgin is incompatible with that of Zen, who will need to install their own equipment. This necessarily incurs a £50 surcharge on top of a £19.99 installation fee ( completed by Open Reach).

I am not complaining about the issue and it in no way reflects on the club, but potential customers need to know - if they are currently Virgin broadband customers.

I feel a bit sorry for tazzylad if he was promised a lift to a game and nobody turned up just to wind him up,why was he on crutches anyway, wasn't there something about him falling in front of a tram at some time or other? (Could be wrong mind)

Yes it was incredibly cruel to dupe him for a lift and yes he did have an argument with an tram.
