Two genuinely wonderful assists from Eze and finishes from Rangel. Horror show for their first, even having given the ball away in a bad area Lynch could have done a lot more to prevent the cross.
Is it time we started collecting and appropriately storing Rangel's sperm so that we can conduct exhaustive experiments into re-producing multiple, younger versions of the donor?
I think he overtook Bruce Springsteen, Dan Marino and Sirius Black on my man-love-ometer today. He's eyeing up the top 10. And I've only known him a few weeks.
At times it was great to watch. Started well with a cracking goal. After we gave the first goal away we went on the back foot. Second Stoke goal was miles offside. QPR in the past would crumble at this point. However we showed exactly the right character required to do well this season and got a very well deserved point.
Referee was weak and biased towards Stoke so I take this as a good result even though we were much more skilful and a better team than them.
Finally good to see over 1,000 fans make the effort to support the team today.

"Second Stoke goal was miles offside"
No it wasn't.
A clue is the fact none of our players appeal for offside
Watching the game on live tv in Australia it was clearly offside I was fuming at the time and Rangel protested but to no avail Glad we showed strong character and bounced back - that is the making of a good team

He was definitely in a lot of space & well clear of any defender when received the ball. However, I've not seen any angle that showed where he was when the ball was played.
What is beyond doubt is that he lost Angel & Pawel!

Unless he's transported himself, it just doesn't look like it's physically possible to get to where he is in time. It also looks like he's started moving just before he's come into picture.
Not saying it was offside but it looks yards offside.
Superb goals from us, and a creditable point, though it seems we got lucky with their header off the post. Their first was a horrible back to the bad ol' days concession of Rs on the road - was Lynch paid to be such a dork, or does it come naturally? I just can't understand it. As for the second, it was either a shocking dereliction from the officals, or desolate defending from us in the right back area from which Rangel gave us so much joy on the day. Things are looking quite a lot better, though still plenty to work on, is my verdict. Keeping the likes of Rangel, Eze and Freeman in January will be pretty crucial to our season, I'd say, and hopefully next.
Yes it was miles offside and Rangel did appeal straight away
Look again. Rangel appears to be coating off team mates for the poor marking. If he was appealing for offside he'd only have 1 arm up, he throws both arms up in frustration while looking at team mates.
