Looking for a pair of tickets for an upcoming concert. Refuse to use the likes of viagogo because of the ridiculous charges they lump on.

Anyone got any suggestions how/where to advertise for them?

If you have an Iphone/Android worth downloading the Dice app and seeing if they're on sale on there - tends to be cheaper as they don't charge booking fees/etc so only pay face value. If they're sold out can go on a waiting list and if any come available they'll let you know - and again you only pay face value plus a small charge to reallocate tickets but nowhere near as much as you would have had to pay on other secondary ticketing sites.

Otherwise found Twickets to be quite good - again think they only allow the seller to charge face value so tend to be quite a bit cheaper than others.

Just a heads up heard of a few incidents recently where venues have been strict about only letting in people with ID that specifically matches the name on the tickets so if you are buying second-hand tickets be sure to take along proof that you've bought the tickets/try and get the tickets reissued in your name.

Some venues will only allow tickets to be resold on selected resale websites. If you try a buy tickets from elsewhere, they might be made null and void and won't scan when trying to go in. Check venue websites if this is the case.
