Onohua Appeal Rejected on 19:44 - Dec 29 by bosh67
Unbelievable. Wasn't even a foul.
The FA were always going to back their man. When you look at the sheer number of cards he throws about, either every other ref is blind or the FA like the cut of his jib.
'What do we want? We don't know! When do we want it? Now!'

They probably knew it was a foul but how often has an appeal been successful? I cant think of any. Even when Barton didnt headbutt Johnson it was still upheld.
It has to be a monumentally poor decision or you're a team from Manchester, Fulham Road or north London to have any chance.

No doubt that he was the last man so it came down to whether they believed it was a foul or not, obviously they did, I don't agree with that but if Onouha had done his job properly it would never have happened.

How did Ned not do his job properly ? It was never a foul and he stopped the striker scoring is that not his job as a defender ?
It was the ref not doing his job properly that is the problem

If Onouha had been doing his job properly he'd never have been the wrong side of the forward and could've dealt with the situation without even touching the opposition player.
