To say everything was rosy during the Prem season is utter bollox! The reason we got relegated is because they wouldn't provide Holloway with a transfer kitty despite the tens of millions made. The reason we went up to the Prem is down to Belokons investment in the club, the Oystons refused to pay for players like Charlie Adam so he stepped in to fund it. He also paid the South stand, he invested millions into the club which ended in promotion to the Prem and a new stand. He has yet to receive a penny back for his investment and is likely to have to take them to court. |

I wouldn't worry about the game being abandoned, the ones likely to go on the pitch refuse to attend home games. Iam sure you understand the position we are in, we don't care about point deductions, fines or behind closed door games. Anything that hits the Oystons in the pocket is good. |

There is nothing wrong with the 1 + 1 deals, if you are paying big transfer fees then you want to protect your asset with a longer deal. We don't and take chances on out of contract players with no transfer value so a 1 + 1 deal suits us. [Post edited 5 Aug 2014 12:50]
