With these billionaire owners will there be significant investment in the first team coming?
Would be nice to have the academy upgraded again also.

Few other positions strengthened like the wings + real attacking midfielder like ntcham but not as inconsistent. we push for a play off place.

Coventry are about to come down to earth with a bump.
They suffer the same way we have being asset stripped every year .
Think of their team with Hamer and the name that shall not be spoken on this board playing up front Victor….

The Coventry fans need to see how Sheehan done for us last season.
Do you think he might even be made caretaker manager for now?

I think if they let us have Simms on loan we can do a deal 🤔.

To be fair the guy saved our season last year after Duffgate.

Coventry will be in safe hands if he does go.
But filling the shoes of a club hero will be hard work.

I know twitter is usually trash but it was strange to see reactions like that with a sacked manager.

Next two games
Burnley then Leeds.
Even if we end up with 1 point I will be happy.

If we do end up winning them the looming relegation battle turns into a promotion push.
Surely the owners will get their check books out then?

We are all grown ups here our various opinions are the lifeblood of this site.
We need to take things thread by thread really 🤔.
Life is way too short to hold grudges.
You all contribute and keep this site going I wish we would all adopt a thread by thread attitude.
As if we were all the same like ncps this place would be boring.

Back onto the thread.

I voted for Ben just because on his day he is a world beater.
But after careful consideration I have changed my vote to Harry.

He should be made our captain and highest paid player if needs be.
The guy gives us such an aggressive edge something without we would seriously be lacking in.

Think next season we could lose not only Ben and Harry , Kyle is probably on his last season as a player here 😢.
Our defence has really clicked this season after years of leaking goals.
Having to go back to square one of learning the process of playing out of the back again will be painful.

Think of the Russ years where we were self destructing and shipping poor goals.
Playing out of the back.
These guys should be kept here but we all know that money talks and that is something that our owners seem to forget.

Harry and Ben on new contracts 3 years each with an option of an extra year.
Think of the resale values 🤔 if that Cardiff defender is worth 10 they are both easily 15/20mil each.

But hey we will end up being short changed again.

Fair point did you see the bbc article with VIP?
He is frustrated with the start he has made.
We definitely need a back up striker to push him.
