Martin’s results speak for themselves. He was an obstinate, arrogant shit and an utter failure in the PL.
I’d have sacked the tvvat after 6 games which would have been easy as I certainly would not have extended his contract as the dimwits on the board did in the flush of our scraping up last season.
I have no idea if Ivan will be terrible (to coin a phrase) but I’m mighty relived and feel a lot more optimistic and will now likely renew my season ticket for next season. |

I don't really agree. Yes of course our current position is utter shit. But...
The club can recover, we have a very solid base and infrastructure etc and what are hos other options ? Compared to most, SFC is still a very attractive proposition. |

Oh, and while I’m about it, this “once a Saint, always a Saint” bollocks can stop too. How anyone can seriously think any of the following remotely feel any lasting affection for the club is deluded: Van Dijk, Lovren, Mane, Charlie Austin to name but a (recent) few and, when he finally gets fired, Martin. His only lasting love is for himself. |
