Of course we are not long into the season but Carl Rushworth is not first choice at Hull city. One wonders what Brighton were thinking in sending him there instead of Swansea where he would certainly been playing every week.
Al these clubs have highly paid operators but many do not get what they expect or an understanding of how thing should pan out.
Swansea were forced to act out of the Brighton people dithering over this matter. Having said that Premier league clubs do not concern themselves over the needs of Championship clubs

Our player of the year & a good shot stopper. Young, with still a lot to learn & was prone to more than the odd error over the course of the season. Difficult to understand Brighton’s thinking on this one. On the plus side for us his value will drop so may be an opportunity for us down the line. Happy with what I’ve see from Vig so far |  | | |

Fwiw even though its a pointless thread, I'm glad he isn't with us as the big vig has been doing great for us.
Only 3 goals conceded in 5 league games shows how good he is, the centre halves are more confident knowing they have a vocal confident keeper behind them. | | | |

I posted it on Friday. I try to understand how things work and explain it on here. It seems Brighton saw it a a cash exercise.
Rushworth might be wondering why cash rich Brighton put their bank balance a higher priority over his career development especially if he fill his potential he will be a £30m keeper.

Broome was a strange signing. Barely had a kick last season. This season number 2 keeper then shunted down to 3 rd choice. Sti young but strange they could not trust him as no 2 keeper. Perhaps injury concerns? | |
