Be Honest Russy on 15:36 - Sep 18 with 2589 views | Catullus | There is just one big problem, if we sack Martin now, or he walks, who do we get in? It's all very well calling for the change but at this stage in the season a replacement will be hard to find unless we spent big money. We have to support the manager because replacing him is unlikely, if only for the monatary reasons.

Doesn’t matter. We have the players but he is killing them, clearly. We can’t play like he thinks we can. We can’t let this go on. Who…we have a million coming in soon. Pay him off. Simple. He should go right now

Be Honest Russy on 15:54 - Sep 18 with 2497 views | Badlands | I like what he trying to do and could see progress but this is embarrassing and he should go. Bring back Tate, Routledge and put Toshack in charge while a full time manager with similar approach is found. Sousa could be persuaded ... and yes I really do mean that. Underrated and undermined while here. Very good win record since leaving the UK Can organise defences and most of his team score freely. point to prove,

It should have been Toshack in the first place, he had the U23s playing good football before he left.

Don’t need to sack him. Sit the guy down and tell him that while we like the end goal in principle, he really does need to try and ensure we stay up first and foremost above anything. I have been shouting from the rooftops that we should be very slowly adjusting week by week, he should have enough about him to implement something gradually. Yet people have been too punch drunk on possession to consider that what we are doing is suicide. Some of the responses have been disgusting to fans clearly seeing what is going on before our eyes and calling it early and not getting sucked into the romanticism of trying to relive past glories. People need to wake up. Board level and in the stands.

Be Honest Russy on 17:05 - Sep 18 with 2281 views | magicdaps10 | Think he proved 2nd half that he is capable, can walk the walk... Was brave with his subs aswell. Big questions first half that is for sure.

Be Honest Russy on 17:06 - Sep 18 with 2270 views | AndyCole | The senior players won us a point, despite Martin. Yet again. This against Luton, ffs. Shocking selection, shocking lack of tactical nous under pressure. Luckily the players sorted it at half time, yet again and showed the way off and on the pitch. If this continues in this same vein (Martin's lack of awareness, flexibility, nous) Winter could well contemplate making the change.

I thought the same after the Bristol game, only for him to state the players went against his wishes to win the match. I assumed he would still learn from that. The next game showed he didn’t. I am hoping the season so far added to that first half is enough of a wake up call for either him to realise he needs to adapt or indeed someone above him has a word in his ear.

Be Honest Russy on 17:16 - Sep 18 with 2226 views | onehunglow | Typical reaction. That was a game which shows how lacking Russy is. He did not get us back in the team. The players did. He was responsible for that first half which meant we d Failed to win again. Fulham lost today ..at home too Monsieur was dynamite and it makes my blood boil you fellow MELT that he did not start because of your hero s nutty selection. Piroe scores . Ntcham creates. Both have attitude. Cabango is very capable so look after him not dark him about .

He was responsible for the 2nd half as well, he made the changes. Ntcham is a game changer, can't wait for him to be fully match fit

Be Honest Russy on 17:39 - Sep 18 with 2112 views | KeithHaynes | Should have won that, hit the bar twice, two sitters for Piroe, Obafemi at the end. Them hitting the post and nit scoring was a game changer.

I imagine he didn't start because he couldn't start 3 games in a week. When fully match fit he'll be an absolute beast. Better times ahead. On the second half showing we should have won it easily

Oh come on, Martin has to take the blame for the first half but gets no credit for the changes that sparked the second half revival? That is just plain unfair. Or do you believe the players decided to make those subs? We have to learn from the first half but why can't we enjoy a pretty spectacular comeback? PS, it does matter who we can get in. Saying it doesn't matter who our next manager in is as blind as blind can be. Sacking Martin after such a short time would be silly and send out a very negative message. All of us were concerned at the first half performance but lets give some credit for the second half.
