Well he talks for 11 mins+ and I'm not going to transcribe it all but he and Doney were comparing the current set up and mentality to the L2 promotion group saying it had a similar mindset and feel to the squad. Professional people putting the work in day in day out.
They were also delayed leaving due to an unexploded bag. And Hendo isn't a foodie. Food to him is fuel. He also sounded fooked.
Interesting aside on the "over-training" debate - sounds like players egg each other on to push themselves to the limit ………... | |
