Another year for George Saturday, 24th May 2014 18:06 by Col George Donnelly will remain at the club for another twelve months after taking advantage of a clause in his contract entitling him to another year. When Donnelly signed for the club in 2012, he signed a two year contract that came with clauses both for the club and the player to extend the deal for a further twelve months. Given that he played sufficient games for the club this season to trigger that clause, he has taken advantage of the deal to stay at Spotland. Donnelly has scored thirteen goals in two seasons following his move to the club in 2012. Dale boss Keith Hill has four strikers at his disposal for 2014-5 with George, Scott Hogan, Joe Bunney and recent recruit Jack Muldoon.
