Thread | Newcastle Utd and FFP Rules

I don't know enough about FFP in the EFL so asking the board... but if Newcastle still manage to get relegated despite spending millions like they are on new players are they likely to get into big trouble when they are in the Championship? i.e. points deduction, transfer embargo etc?
Or does it not work like that? Guessing at very least they would need to get rid of their big wage signings somehow? |

Hi guys,
Just got my ticket online for the Stoke game next Saturday and wondered what the ticketing situation was.
Says on the confirmation email that there was an option to pick either delivery, e-ticket or pick up at the box office but couldn't remember an option. Went back through the online ticket site again and there isn't any delivery option so haven't got a clue how or when to pick up the ticket!
Any ideas from the seasoned away fans?
On another note - how many do you think we will take to Sjoke?

Thought he was excellent when he came on. has a great cross on him to. I remember a premiership game in our first season back where he picked out a man perfectly for a goal and Saturday he put in at least two great crosses, used his pace to beat players and run the ball up the right end of the pitch.
Him and Matty Phillips on each wing would work well in any game at this level. He has had a hard few years but I think we should play him as LW more often. |

Wasn't expecting to win this with our History of cup games and the quality of Everton but it seriously no shots on target and 4-0 down as I speak. Look at the likes of Burney and Leicester putting in effort and desire to win all their games.
I seriously think we are flattering to deceive with our league position now. Don't expect much from the next few games based on this and the Christmas period. |

Hi guys thought you might all be interested in a competition we are running at work for one of our clients Unipart Car Care Centres in partnership with Sky Sports.
Has some quite cool challenges taken up by Matt Le Tisser and Paul Merson and the hairy strikers from soccer AM there is also a blooper reel on the Unipart site. Take a look and enter the comp as it would really help. I think you can win stuff like an iPad Mini or season ticket for next season which is pretty cool.
Let me know your thoughts on the whole thing... If you would have done anything different.
