"I honestly don't think you understand how stupid you sound."

Oh, the irony. So rich. You've made an absolute ass of yourself on here for so long, it's actually quite funny.

Where'd you get those "stats", little res? They're certainly made up right now, by you.

Here's an actual link for you. Enjoy:

Clucas interviews
at 23:19 8 Aug 2018

Correct, Leon.

I was trying to be optimistic about our record signing. This after me trashing him on the main Clucas thread at the time and getting sshitt for it.

Mesa is quality, my opinion will never change about that, I have seen him play exceptional far too many times (several in person). He is not a DM, though, and we expected him to be. Ffukkingg stupid.

But I was wrong in having any confidence in Clucas, he's awful. And Carroll really pissed himself last season, he played well after we signed him in January. Maybe it was Clement, or he's just sshitt. We'll see.

But no, I'm not right about every single thing I say, no one is. I don't care to be, either, I just know my football. I'm okay with that.

And you know he was never an option how, Daggy?

Because our scouts/Leadbetter/Jenkins are ffukkingg morons and would rather sign AAyew, the ffukkingg biggest "waste of space" ever? Aside from Bony, of course.

Regardless, my point in creating the thread was to highlight how he should have been. Ljajic finsihed the season on fire, while AAyew sshitt all over himself. I won't be a happy-clapper for our club's sshitty decisions, ever. Sorry.

Again, I don't need self-praise, I'm comfortable with myself. I want us to sign good players. Potter has come in and made progress, but there's always more to be done. I'm fine with being that guy.

Don't stress if I post, thanks.

Correct, little res.

He's not moving to England to sit on the bench and play sshitt football for a manager notorious for not playing young players.

Do you even watch football?

A guaranteed starting role (or close to it) and an exciting, attractice style of play? Yeah, he'd probably take every bit of what we paid Sanches/Clucas.

You've proven time and time and time and time again you know nothing. You write a lot, though, and have no life. Good job.

Still think Clucas is "10 times the player" Siggy is? Where's our £450m, then?

Ffukkingg idiot.

As Hobo pointed out, Ljajic was a very real option for us when I created this thread. We should've signed him instead of AAyew, we'd still be in the PL if so.

But that's all water under the bridge, I posted on this thread again to make a point. I've also posted on the relevant likely players, as you say.

I'm not a fantasy football guy, I watch and play the game. So don't include me in that.

Love you, Bryn.

And, finally, stats last season:

10 goals / 7 assists / 2.6 key passes / 2.4 crosses / 1.8 shots / 1.5 tackles / 1.2 interceptions

Rennes won't even discuss Bourigeaud for less than €25m.

And we can't give AAyew away.

Good call again, Usual Suspects.

Stats last season:

10 goals / 5 assists / 1.5 key passes / 1.5 dribbles / 2.2 shots / 1.3 crosses / 1.5 tackles

Trabzonspor turned down a £12m offer from Man U this summer, as Yazici would rather continue to develop in Turkey than be subjected to Mourinho's bbullsshitt. Smart kid at 21 years old.

Glad we brought in Clucas/12-games-Sanches for £23m+ instead, though. Again, nahhhh.

10 goals / 6 assists / 1.2 key passes / 1.9 shots / 3.5 times fouled

And he's apparently in Valverde's plans for Barca this season, although who knows if that's true.

Either way, at least we got Clucas/12-games-Sanches for £23m+ instead. Nahhhh.

Me neither, Gary, you and Leon made great points obvious to any true Swans fan. Good work.

I will refrain completely from ever addressing the 20-page Last Word King again, so no worries. Not my thing.

Good luck with the little guy, touching story and I hope it works out. The world needs more butterflies, beautiful and majestic creatures they are.

Wrong on Jese too. I was critical of his move to Stoke, your boy Neefie mocked me after his debut goal. Look how that turned out.

I'm not clogging up any threads, in fact, I post my opinions and my knowledge. If you don't like it, move along. Just because I'm going back and quoting myself and my "crap footballers" isn't clogging anything, those threads are long dead. You have followed my "scouting" posts around for awhile, don't act innocent or disinterested now.

But I understand that when I hold you to your bbullsshitt claims of me you begin to feel the heat. That's understandable. I'd refrain from talking about my "scouting" in the future, unless you want to be proven wrong again.

And my personal life is my personal life, don't talk sshitt about me I'll reciprocate. I have no interest in continuing this further, my point has been made quite clearly.

Actually, Bongo, I was the one who was critical of Mesa when we were first linked to him. I highlighted his penchant for risky passes and not being a true DM. Go back to the thread and check it out, I know you got the time FM addict.

(Edit: Sandro is 23 and made 30+ appearances for Barcelona, and would've cost £5m last summer. Let's see how the rest of his career turns out, yeah?)

Your boy little res was a real big fan right off the bat though. Birds of a feather and all that, you two. Nothing random about what I write, I'm not you. My words are there for all to see, and so are yours.

My life isn't PS, I have a lot of sshitt to do and at times won't be on here. I've said this many times. You keep on with the res jr. bbullsshitt happy-clapping, though, it's "amusing".

Cool, Bongo. You've answered my question, you are clearly that stupid.

As for scouting, I'll stick to highlighting some of the emerging talents in the game within our price range, you stick to cheerleading the club's sshittyy and astronomically expensive decisions. Deal?

Ill stake my 'reputation' on guys like Alireza Jahanbakhsh and Lucas Torreira, two players you had never heard of when I suggested them at the beginning of last summer, and have now made big money PL moves. Your reputation is with AAyew and Bony, two guys you were very pleased with us signing.

Keep up the good work fella. LOL.

Spot on, Gary. (Didn't mean to down arrow one of your posts btw, you've made great points this thread)

Everyone involved knew the transfer was going through all summer, the only issue was exactly how much he would be sold for. All the posturing in the world doesn't make a difference, the transfer was going to happen. Had Siggy gotten injured playing, all of that would have been off. It was in his and our best interests for him not to play, it's that simple.

Anyone that refuses to acknowledge this reality is either being incredibly dishonest (probably to distract from the fact no one wants JAyew, after telling us all season how amazing he is) or is just plain ffukkingg stupid.

Or both.

You do understand the difference between Siggy's ample contributions to our club and his obvious quality, and what JAyew has brought (or lack thereof) to the club in his time with us, don't you Bongo?

I mean I understand that you don't 'get' football and play the part of res jr. on here for attention, but even for you the lack of understanding here is "amusing".

Siggy saved us time after time, often singlehandedly, putting up stellar numbers while being a committed, professional, intelligent person both on and off the pitch. He left because he has ambition, and the club under Jenkins' control quite clearly did not. Had we invested more money, and far more wisely, during his time with us he would probably still be here. Either way, can't begrudge him for wanting to move to a far bigger and better club, and we were well-compensated for his departure.

JAyew just desperately wants to stay away from the Championship, would be moving to a newly-promoted club or a perennial relegation candidate, and will provide a measly return of £8m, if anything at all. As Gary and Leon have explained, you do see the difference, right? Surely even you are not that stupid?

Clucas
at 18:59 8 Aug 2018

None of Clucas' stats reflect anything other than mediocrity, I'm surprised there are so many people who don't understand how to properly analyze this aspect of the game, as it's a huge part of modern football.

Anyone that thinks Altman had/has any pull in our recruitment is very misguided. Jenkins had the iron fist, and it was him and Leadbetter who drew up the list of sshitt we've been working with for so long. It's well known our former scouts spent a lot of their time watching OUR games (so ffukkingg stupid) and we just so happened to play Hull 4 or 5 times the season before we signed him. Coincidence? No. And Clucas definitely fits Jenkins' profile of a player to a tee. Surprising this isn't obvious to everyone, but c'est la vie.

As for "moneyball" the entire objective is unearthing diamonds on the cheap, not vastly overpaying for horsesshitt. Altman does not seem to have a lot of expertise, as his targeted players from a few years back haven't done so well, so I'm not defending him.

But the idea that these expensive mistakes are anyone's choices other than HJ is absolute bbullsshitt. The only player who remotely fits that would be Sanches, as he came here solely because of Clement, but I'd imagine HJ was so taken by the dreadlocks he couldn't control himself.
