I used recently used the info on that link to get a parking charge dropped. Ideally, you needed to appeal and win at POPLA stage, using the legal terms in the templates. As you have gone past the appeal stage, the advice would be to keep ignoring until you get official court papers, which is unlikely. This link seems to be recent enough and similar to your situation, http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5136051&highlight=euro. You could ask on the forum, or look into how likely it is that Euro Car Parks would take you to court. Probably not very likely, but I am no expert, so you should probably ask on the forum if you are bothered. They will also help you out if it ever gets to court stage (I think Euro Car parks have six years in which to take you to court).

Personally, I would download the Sopcast app from www.sopcast.org/download/android.html. Then, on match day, go to the Wiziwig website at http://www.wiziwig.tv/competition.php?discipline=football&part=sports. I usually watch one of the Russian streams as the picture quality is HD. The commentary is Russian though!
