Hi. I'm QPR ex player Ian Gillards daughter in law and I'm hoping you can help me.

My friends little boy Charlie is 4 and he has cerebral palsy. He is currently in the US recovering from surgery which is family hope one day will mean he can walk like his twin Bobby. His family have raised £60k or his operation. He is currently in the running to win £5k which would really help with his physio costs.

In order to win Charlie needs to have the most votes. He is currently in 2nd place. I know how loyal QPR fans are and so I'm hoping you can help.

Got an update last night that they won the 5k to help with further physio etc so as usual a well done to all who helped out with this
