I go to see the R’s several times a year - but I am like an albatross when it comes to seeing them picking up three points. The last time I saw them win was Ian Holloway’s first game back as manager, when they beat Naaarch 1-0 at Loftus Road about 8 years ago. I’m going to see the R’s on Tuesday night. What odds on me seeing them finish winning a rare 3 points?

Paddy Power has a home win at 9/5, away win at 7/5, 9/4 draw.

Sign/sigh of the times down at the Bush!

8pm kick off, so an extra 15 minutes respite.

they're only a pt above us, i'm going for a home win. if they can't scrape at minimum a draw, then for the rest of the season, they should consider using the pitch to host car boot sales.

The wife as gone to bed and I'm alone in the front room... I pace between here and the kitchen and back again...I tried watching Nexflix... but no good.
The curtains are now drawn... and i can feel a little bead of perspiration starting on my top lip.
I sit down and my hands are shaking.... I feel that terrible urge, that pure knowledge that I will fall into the abyss.... I get up again and try to fight it... I look over to the sofa arm, and there it sits taunting me, telling me "You know you want it, you know you must have it"
I catch my breath and look at it... I'm so weak, I'm ashamed, humiliation washes over me.
With trembling fingers I press the buttons and my hand shake "SendSendSend" it sneers at me and........................ I send
I let out a cry, I know I'm submitted and I'm feeble, and I slump into the sofa.....
I look at the screen..."hiya bruv see you Tuesday at your place, are the boys coming" ....
And we will get beat again, and I will be p!ssed off again

If Marti can't lift the players, or the players lift themselves, and make some kind of proper game of it on Tuesday night, I fear, rightly or wrongly, the knives will be out.

Any kind of win will be a massive tonic, but I don't fancy us to get it.

One or two of them could start by hanging up their own boots!

Is anyone really arsed anymore?

Even if we do win, it's still 6 months of turgid lower end Championship football ahead...

I've seen this film before.

Going to see The Lehman Trilogy instead. Hoping it's more entertaining.

If JCS is back, draw.
If not, loss.
Really hoping someone will have one of those Luke Freeman against Leeds performances. Just write the theme tune and sing the theme tune. Maybe it will be Madsen

Incredibly I’d like to see a starting 11 as close to last season as possible.
So
Nandi
Dunne cook Jcs Paal
Varane Field Anderson
Smyth Frey Chair

Assuming fit, I’d go with what I think our best team is:

Nardi
Dunne Cook JCS Paal
Field EDB Varane
Dembele Frey Chair

That’s a much more solid midfield 3, IMO. EDB can be the one playing a little higher and getting into the box. Both Field and Varane sit and kick. Leave your best attacking players in those 4 positions too create something.

I’m leaving Dembele on the bench. I feel Smyth is a better fit at the moment.

Each to their own, but Dembele showed some real class at times on Saturday whereas Smyth didn't, to put it mildly, and never really has. He can be a useful sub at times but I'd never start him myself.

Suffering since 1978.

Worry that their potential midfield three: Rudoni, Eccles and Sheaf will overrun ours with relative ease. They clearly haven't clicked yet as a team, but you can see that happening soon. Just hope that it's not tomorrow.

Surprised that Kasey Palmer left them for Hull City.
