Cardiff Game Matchday Thread on 21:43 - Aug 28 with 1183 views | Flamingbankers | Two reserve teams but the most enjoyable game I've seen this season. Saints fans enjoyed that , in full voice now. A happy trip back lads and lasses. [Post edited 28 Aug 21:46]

Cardiff Game Matchday Thread on 21:20 - Aug 28 by grumpy | This is truly shocking, its like they are playing a practice game. |
I thought it was a terrific game by two teams who are never going to win the cup anyway. All the goals were good with a couple of corkers. The youngsters got a good run out and good to see Amo & Dibling having very good games. Fernandes looks decent too. We're through to the next round, bonus, and all in all - a good night indeed. Nice to actually see a win for once!

Cardiff Game Matchday Thread on 22:01 - Aug 28 with 1018 views | A1079 | A proper game of football. 2 teams who just wanted to play with some freedom. Great to see a win, some goals and some excitement - especially after the weekend borefest, | | | | Login to get fewer ads

As others said Dibling, Amo and Archer looked good. Wood was solid. Lumley, Edwards, Ugochukwu and Edozie look way off the premiership level. Honestly on that display i would be sending Ugochukwu back on that display against Cardiff reserves.

Dibling and Amo-Ameyaw really should be at the heart of our midfield attack for the next few years, starting as soon as possible, not Aribo and Smallbone.

I agree with your comments about Ugochukwu, he looked way, way off the pace & not what I was expecting. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt this time considering it was his first start, perhaps there's more to come from him.

Shit. I was hoping for better from Oguchukwu. Do you think it was fitness or attitude? Or worse, both!?
