It’s no secret that away games are a financial drain. Since the club has season ticket holders’ information on record, on the day of away games they could send representatives of the club to the areas where the fans live and then at half-time knock on their doors to offer the sale of refreshments and club merchandise. This will help increase profits for the club and the fans will appreciate it too as it will give them that ‘match-day’ feel.
