In fairness the ones actually employed by the club arecteained.
Many of them work as security in the clubs and pubs as well do stewarding in The Principality etc |
Untrained to use their common sense, understand the average football fan or understand the outcome of their actions. I will add in many cases.

Most firefighters work 48 hours on a 2 2 4 shift system but only get paid for 42 hours as the 6 hours go towards our holiday pay. | | | |

Wages across the board for us plebs should be higher. In an industry where they pay bang average people 10k per week and more, the staff at grounds SHOULD be on more. It's a part time job that some people do because they can't afford to buy tickets. | | | |
