I was at the game Saturday, Wrexham being my local team hoping for promotion this season, based on Saturdays defending will need to keep scoring plenty if that's how things are going to pan out.

I was less than 3 months old on that date so I certainly wasn’t there.My first appearance at loftus road was just under 10 years later.I guess that 5-5 is the most goals I’ve seen there,unless you count the game I played for Paddington post office on the old plastic pitch which finished 9-4 I think.That was the morning after we drew 1-1 with Newcastle and Gascoigne got sent off.They were sweeping up on the terrace behind the goal and I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many empty bottles and cans at a football match before.
