Is Boris Johnson a coward? on 19:57 - Dec 11 by roccydaleian
You put things on Facebook that I challenged, then your friends waded in, I ain’t ignoring them so I simply gave answers back. Apologies for questioning your IQ, that was rude.
Exactly, the arguing between you was on my page! I think the insult just put the top hat on it. Apology accepted, and I did say hi at Wrexham. I’m not on Facebook at the moment anyway!

I blocked you because you kept causing arguments with my friends on my page, and you called me’more stupid than you thought’. I don’t Recall going on your page doing that. Nothing cowardly about it

Just been to vote. Find it very strange that someone who is not a resident of a constituency can stand for election. In some ways I feel sorry for local Labour party members who have done their time on the council and would like to stand as an MP and represent their town.

The systems a sham and most seats vote for party yes men rather than people with a vested interest in their constituents.
Is it 3/5 of Rochdale’s candidates resident outside of the constituency?
I think all of mine bar the Tory candidate are local residents.

Keep telling myself, and those who ask as to my voting intentions, that I don't need to vote. People fought for the right to vote it was never meant to be compulsory and I DO have the right to complain, even if I don't vote, if I don't like things.
There's just a little nagging doubt creeping in that I should be out there having my say! I wish I could get behind Labour or the Tories - I just can't!

The Green Candidate is a Norden resident. Norden is classed as Heywood and Middleton Constituency , though most people would regard Norden as being in the town of Rochdale. I certainly would agree to seeing candidates being resident of the Borough, so they have an idea of how the local Council performs for local people.
