They are not well placed in the table, but 3-0 away from home anywhere in this division is a great, great result. I think that qualifies for another Cerveza.
Time to rest and get everyone as fit and prepared as possible for the challenges ahead, having established a higher mid-table position. Great work all round, BBM will be happy tonight and so should everyone connected with Dale
A 10-day break until the Leasing.com Cup, which BBM might not focus on as much as the next L1 match two weeks today - away to Peterborough.
Still, "No Fear", and at Southend a couple of matches ago Posh managed only a 2-0 win.

Well what to make of that? After 30 minutes I said to my old dad “if you want to go to sleep I’ll wake you up if it looks like anything interesting is going to happen. Then a football match started. Great build up and movement for the 1st goal. More neat play and accomplished finish for the second. We saw it out to half time. Second half we passed them off the park. For a side two nil down they applied very little pressure on the ball. The ball out wide to Norrington Davies (who was excellent) was causing havoc. Southend new it was going to keep coming but seem powerless to stop it. True enough, that source provided a lovely 3rd and well deserved goal for Camps, who just shaded MOM for me. Southend were bad, so feel sure we were a little flattered but we did look very good. Can see why O’Connell and RND have been getting rave reviews on here. Overall 65 minutes of great entertainment in a one sided game. Not a bad game for my first of the season. We will be alright this year no problem. Confidence is sky high.

Are they playing better now that big Ethan Hamilton has been subbed (poss to protect him from 2nd yellow?).....seems odd to take off your main man or was he not up to speed?
He was anonymous, yellow card or not.
When I was your age, I used to enjoy the odd game of tennis. Or was it golf?

It left Spotland at 7;30am, how late was the coach?
Chance of a refund??
I heard that the driver(s) ignored the warnings that M11 was closed & ploughed on anyway. "Unofficial" minibus followed Google maps & arrived at ground 1:15. If I was on the official coach I'd be asking for a refund as well as a few questions about incompetence of driver.

The M11 wasnt closed but the A14 was partly closed in one direction. Instead of following the signs (which admittedly were poor,) the driver somehow managed to end up way off the beaten track. He then got a road atlas out and a couple of passengers told him which way to go, which was to go back along the the A14 in the opposite direction and eventually down the M11 and onto the M25, arriving at the ground in the middle of half time. One of the coach stewards seemed to take issue with a fan who was complaining and said it wasnt the drivers fault there were major road works. A part refund wasnt even mentioned.
