Justice for Johnson on 22:14 - Mar 9 by Jango | Fair do's you are an absolute moron! She was a CHILD who was aloud to go out partying, get drunk, and go out in cars with older men! All of which her parents knew about! That's where they were in the wrong! They only decided to report it when she was getting stick for mouthing off about it when drunk. Let's not forget she was 11 months from the legal age to have sex, yet she was nearly 3 years away from being the legal age to get drunk! And I don't see you kicking up a fuss over that! i worry for your daughters if you have any having a muppet of a father like you |
I thank you for your concern about my parental abilities but what I would like to address is your assumption that she met Johnson in some kind of nightclub whilst drunk hoping to snap up a Footballer all under the instruction of some gold digging parents?? You are making some huge assumptions in this case which are completely false. The facts that were laid out in court are that Johnson initiated contact with the girl through social media not a nightclub or anywhere else your imagination takes you. The girl was never drunk whilst meeting Johnson, or stayed out all night partying with him, Johnson asked to meet up in secret in a car park so barring the parents placing a tracker on her, or refusing her access to social media, I'm not really seeing how its her parents fault? If you do place trackers on your kids or refuse them access to social media then I do worry for YOUR kids. Out of curiosity, in your logic of thinking then, it was the parents of the Saville victims fault, also as they allowed their kids to go to BBC Studio's as they were all aware they needed to be 16 to get in and some of those lying slags falsified their age!! Justice for Johnson on 07:29 - Mar 9 by Jango | Call me what you want, the father of the girl knew about the whole situation for months before going to the police, it wasn't until Johnson stood her up and she mouthed off drunk in a party about it, leading to people talking and calling her a slag that they decided to go to the police. As I said he deserves all the sentence he gets but if she's old enough to go out and get drunk, have sex with others and go out in cars with boys then she is certainly old enough to know the consequence off her actions! Definitely not a paedophile. |
Forget the pedo thing, it't not relevant and forget whether she ever had some booze or not, that's also irrelevant. What is relevant is that Johnson groomed her and touched her knowing that she was under the age of legal consent. It was his choice to do that and he was on trail for that. She was not on trial.

Her father advised the court she used to go and wait for the players and Johnson was her favourite player. It also came out in court that he had promised her a shirt and also his girlfriend had promised her a shirt. The girlfriend even sent her a happy birthday message. The girls mother was a friend of Johnson's family got her a signed ball and told the girl don't stalk him now

Or just by hoping over to mainland Europe... I believe what he did would have been legal in Germany, Spain, France... I have a very low opinion of Adam Johnson, but you're right, he does not fit that definition.

Yeah, it's all the 15yr old girls fault she stalked a 28yr old man relentlessly, and he thought to himself sort your self out she's a young girl still in school and I'm a "responsible adult" so let her down gently and keep my distance, he did all that until she put it all on a plate for him, yeah that'll be it, he didn't phone, text or message her to instigate anything. Fukme do people let you out on your own or are you shaparoned, if the latter they need to disconnect your Internet connection as well, fuking unbelievable some of the stuff that's been written on this subject by you and sadly others.

People need to understand girls of 15 today are not the same as they were even in the 60s. PERSONALLY, rather than than jailing Johnson for years he should spend 5 years picking up dog shyte in Tyne? Wear whilst wearing a large bright yellow jacket. He s a clown ,and one who ll regret his actions - for about 10 days. He could be a celebrity prisoner and I d rather him lose his ego and do something useful as a punishment

Impression of J Temperance (Mark E Smith) Hate wide for dog breeder in the town of Manchester Never seen dog breeder This is the tale of his replica. Name was J. Temperance Only two did not hate him Because peasants fear local indifference Pet shop and the vet, Cameron. One night vet is called out from his overpaid leisure To Temperance household, their limit ran out and phoned his wife in terror. The next bit is hard to relate. (There are no read-outs to this part of the track.) The new born thing hard to describe Like a rat that's been trapped inside A warehouse face, near a city tide Brown sockets, purple eyes A bed with rubbish from disposal barges Brown uncovered no changeling, as the birth was witnessed. Only one person could do this: Yes, it's Cameron And the thing was in the Impression of J. Temperance. This hideous replica.

You've completely missed my point in this. In short, if the parents are willing to let their 15 year old child live the adult life when it suits, they can't go acting the victim when it bites them on the arse.

And unless I've missed something, I don't think the parents have made any public statements in which to claim victimhood. The only public pronouncement was from the victim herself (through the police) in the immediate aftermath of the trial during which she was of course fully vindicated.

Thanks Perch for trying to make others see sense. I have never defended what Johnson has done and he will get his just punishment. However there is a serious doubt on the evidence in this case so it is hardly surprising it will go to appeal. By the way before anyone says different I do not agree with his sister's campaign as I would imagine the appeal will be covered by legal. I did at one stage try to take the Johnson issue out of it but where the main prosecution witnessed has lied to police her evidence is clearly dubious. Also she could have been facing a charge of attempting to pervert the course of justice by supposedly lying on his behalf to protect him. Her friends also have stated she is prone to exaggeration and again it is hard to see how someone who does that can be believed. THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HER AGE. However a 15 year old is old enough to know the difference between right and wrong. She is old enough to be aware of the consequences of lying to the police and also old enough to have told Johnson where to go. The jury made a unanimous not guilty verdict on the charge of oral sex. They clearly did not believe her evidence probably because of his girlfriend's evidence. They found him guilty on the fingering charge on a majority 10-2 verdict. However it is the same evidence that has been used other than the girlfriend evidence so it is difficult to see how the jury have come to the second verdict and this will in all probability be the grounds for the appeal. My guess is it will either be a claim of evidence being wrongfully accepted or declined or possibly against the judge's summing up. There are further issues his defence lawyers will need to consider. Firstly the Court of Appeal could lengthen his sentence and secondly the period spent on appeal will not count towards his sentence so there is a danger in appealing although given the evidence they will almost certainly appeal against the verdict and possibly any sentence handed down depending on the time he is sentenced to.

The whole situation came to light when the girl was in a drunken state on a night out, mouthing off about it all. The parents knew about the Johnson affair for a few months prior to this but only went to police to protect daughter after the word got out. If I found out my daughter had been meeting up with a 26 year old the last thing I'd be doing would be to let her go out on the pop. As I've said all along, Johnson will get what he deserves, the gir and her parents should be grateful nothing worse happened and they that they are not getting prosecuted themselves, certainly not getting compo. If you think your 15 year old daughter is old enough to go out clubbing breaking the law, don't go giving it 'she's only a child' when it goes wrong

He may well not b given leave to appeal. As I understand it, it's not an automatic right and will only be granted if the proper procedure wasn't followed or there is new evidence that wasn't available at the original trial.
