How do you expect anyone to make an informed opinion?

If you only go to home matches, you'll see Ash playing 19 times and Skrtel once.
If you go to all matches, you'll see Ash playing 38 times and Skrtel twice.
You'll also see MOTD which tells you nothing.

How can you validly rate one against the other?

Skrtel was very good against us last season at the Liberty. If he hadn't been back from injury for that game I think we would have won, he just seemed to get to everything that night.
