Definitely gonna see this .My Grandad was a tank gunner in North Africa ,Italy and Korea.
(I had his pic as my avatar last season) and tank warfare in WW2 has always fascinated me.
But as PP said it is a pity there cant be a top class Hollywood Oscar level film showing what our boys endured and did in WW2 |  |

Its very exciting, but the characterisation is a mess. Brad Pitt starts as evil Sgt Barnes from Platoon and ends as saintly Sgt Elias, all in the space of one day, and the grand finale is a cross between War Picture Library - "Eat lead, Fritz - Aiiieeee!" and the Lord of the Rings.
