Hmm, as you say, this is a tricky question that has been keeping me awake at night. But, like you, I want our players to play to their full potential whatever the consequences. And if that means that England go out in the first knock-out round because of a goal by Bony then so be it.
And De Guz had a very good game by the way. How can he be good enough to play for the Netherlands but not for us? |  |
