I'd take the Caulker back that played for us, but not the Caulker that played for cardiff last season

Oh,..Dave, what's occuring?

At Cardiff he was being told to ping the ball 50 yards as high as he can to Ken Wyn Jones. He's never going to look like a classy footballer there.

The creatures outside looked from pig to man, and from man to pig, and from pig to man again; but already it was impossible to say which was which.
Poll: Should Dippy Drakeford do us all a massive favour and just bog off?

Caulker was a very good player for us and can/will only improve in the years to come, still only 22 yrs old. Would welcome his return, far better option to play alongside Ash than Chico.Didn't miss one PL game last season,if terms can be agreed good signing.

He wasn't really a classy footballer when he was with us though, either. He improved as the season went on but he never looked totally comfortable with the ball at his feet, not like our other players. Very good defender though and proven to be dangerous in the opposition box. Will only get better too, I just wonder why Spurs got shot to soon

Seriously though the best performance IMO in the PL was away to Fulham under Rodgers.
Williams hadn't missed a game in like 20 years and the news filtered through that he was sick and Monk was starting,a group of boys sitting in the stand were heard to say before the game had even kicked off "we might as well go now if Monk is starting. TW*TS

Great player for us over the years and the greatest captain in our history.

Up until the last couple of seasons we've always been a better team when Monk has been in the side, in every division. Obviously it's been behind him for a while now but it was always odd the esteem Caulker was held in in comparison to Monk. Ash needed Monk in the early days and Caulker also needed him or Ash before he settled in. That Chelsea game was an odd one iirc, Torres sent off, Ash og?

Caulker's better now than Monk was in his dreams.

What's he going to teach him - how to lose your man at set pieces?

I can't believe after spitting feathers at your latest slagging off for our greatest captain ever... That I accidentally voted that I liked your post.

It's just the internet, init.

Well if you believe what was written on here RE why he moved it was down to his love of things outside football!

Strange how none of the things mentioned on here when he signed for Cardiff have been brought up now that he is an apparent target for swansea .
