That's not quite true though is, with unsustainable loses made in the last three years, you did overspend, substantially, as your accounts showed. Not to the same extent as bury, but you were on a way slope into extinction, no different to bury, two million of debt or ten mill, still enough to send you under. |

Let's get it right, you would have gone under, same as us, if you wouldnt have got extremely lucky with the current owner coming in very late on to save you. Most fans havent ignored the truth and are fully aware of the realities of the situation we find ourselves in. |

It would be a great draw for Dale, in the fact it would be a decent crowd for this stage and you would be up against the lowest ranked team left in. I dont fancy it as could see us getting hammered 6 or 7 which wouldnt be pleasant viewing, Radclife are a lower end conference north side without a win yet this season, unless they sign some quality improvements will probably go down. |

We've had six points deducted, 3 gained from the win against glossop when the sub came on on 84 mins at 4-1 up and another 3 for appealing it, dropped from 45 to 39 points, We had registered him before paying the agreed £500 I believe, so he was still also contracted with congleton, mistakes will happen when you are run totally by volunteers who also work. You've just got to take the punishment and get on with it. |

It's switched to gigg lane next sat. Great crowd and a great day yesterday, a lot there were not bury fans and were just there for the occasion and the day out, I dont expect many of them will be there on a cold Tuesday night in Jan and Feb. If we can average 2000 that should get us a couple of leagues, although running costs are high on an old ground like gigg |

I've got to disagree with you on this one, I have seen him play quite a few times and he is a very good player, way above the level he has been playing, bit of a step up but i think he has what it takes and will do well. |

Just the two side being opened, main stand and south stand, with behind both goals closed, £10 entrance fee due to high running costs of gigg and high utility Bill's, it is a 46 game season with 23 home games, league rules state you can only.discount your season tickets by 15% of gate price, so £196 is the cost. Bit dearer than the rest of the league but £10 was to be expected. Still forecasting to lose £50k in first season back at gigg due to one off costs to get things up and running. |

We have got steady sustainability, but you still also want to aim to progress up the pyramid if the opportunity arises, one player would make a massive difference and with upwards of 300k in the bank and only 12 games left of the season with the title still a chance, there is no point playing injured players who are knackered and struggling to run up front when there are players out there who could make a massive difference for a few grand in total, you have got to bring someone in, which I am sure they are trying to do. |

I think they mean just sign a centre forward, any half decent one, as the two we have are very slow and injured, you rarely pay a fee at that level, and with enough money in the bank to cover a decent wage at that level until the end of the season, why not give it a go instead of not knowing and wasting another season in the same league, for a very small outlay. £250 a game for ten games wont break the bank. |

I am actually embarrassed to be a Bury fan today, the opportunity that had been given to us, and for a certain group of braindead self important pricks to vote against it. Gigg will be back on the market with a couple of years tops. It didnt need to be that way. |

I honestly cant believe they have done this. It is a blatant lie aiming to deceive in an attempt to raise funds. |

EFL are pretty useless and only generally get involved in sporting matters, they were completely powerless to stop Stewart Day transferring ownership of Bury to Steve Dale for £1, he failed the fit and proper test yet they did nothing and only got involved at very last minute when it was too late. Don't expect anything from the efl. |

I agree completely. The volunteers at a.f.c have done a fantastic job, this needs to be allowed to continue, either at gigg lane or at radcliffe. They have shown how to run a football club, the cost of repairing and running gigg would be gigantic compared to the 40k a year rent at radcliffe though. That could be a problem going forward |

The other £1m is already in place. £500k from an American chap called Peter Alexander who has some family ties to bury with other £500k put up by a couple of local business men with the council also contributing. I have no idea how it will now pan out with the name of the team that will play there further down the line. There is no way of resurrecting Bury f.c with all the debt still there, some people won't accept Bury a.f.c, I'm not sure why, was always going to be needed. Also no point of starting a new club to start in same league as a.f.c who already exist. Can only be a good thing though, looks more promising that the ground may be saved. |

No players ,no manager, doesn't really matter at the minute, as long as we have some sort of team to watch on a Saturday at whatever level that will be will do for me. Hopefully at gigg lane, although I really don't think bury council would be quick in granting planning permission if Steve Dale has other ideas. |

We have five pre season games ,Forrest, West Brom and Blackburn at home and Southport and Chester away. |

I really don't get Dale fans obcession in wanting other football clubs to go to the wall/bust, go into administration/ liquidation, I find it quite strange, Bolton are struggling massively financially at the minute, they are the last team I would want to go bust, I would love to be playing and beating them most seasons ,that would be great. They are nights you remember, I don't get how you could take pleasure from another club going bust. |
