This thread has taken an interesting turn. Does anyone know approximately how much infield play we normally get in a 90min football match? I’m guessing about 60 minutes if you remove subs, time taken for free kicks etc.e

I agree that the mail is a rag (and also the sun) however I’d presume that if they were printing lies that the club would sue them for libel 😉.
If I had millions to throw at a club the first thing I’d do is pay the wages of my employees.

Why not if it’s not true? Surely you’d put the rumours to bed.
It’s all right saying that the wages are now paid but what about the rest?

Yes I do. And it’s not innocent until proven guilty, it’s presumed innocent until proven guilty. Therefore I am presumed to be innocent of libel. Whereas you are guilty of being a plank. Why on earth should I want to prove anything to you? |

I’m not in the least bit smug about it. I feel sorry for genuine fans of clubs who have been taken over by charlatans. Nor am I saying that your club have. Just saying that I’m glad I know where I stand at Dale. Chill. |

They aren’t paying all their bills though. This may be ‘administrative errors’ a la fat boy Day or it might be a deeper issue. If it’s a problem you probably won’t find out till it’s too late. I’m so pleased we know the provenance of our chairman/board, |
