| Forum Thread | What is up with you all!? at 21:23 11 Dec 2023
All I can see on here is talk of how much the ground is worth for housing or resigning from the league and starting off much lower. All way to defeatist! We havent run up a massive debt like Bury, we just cant continue to spend more than we generate. We need a complete reset, slash all the budgets, run the club on skeleton staff, utilise the voluntary army, put the price of season tickets back up. The 2,000 core fans would still get behind this done correctly. Then its all our jobs to grow the fanbase, run initiatives after initiatives, give loads of free tickets away to kids, get people in the stadium. Rochdale is a big town with a large population, start actually trying to tap into this. We have never done this consistently and properly. In the meantime we should still have 2,000 fans turning up, more than at least half the clubs in this league, paying more sustainable ST prices, with a cut budget. We should still be able to be competitive in this league. If it results in us being relegated again then so be it, we will certainly be competitive in the league below. Then when we get the club back in shape and have hopefully grown the fan base we can rise again. Who knows in 10 years time we might be back in the EFL with average gates of 4,500/5000 and a more sustainable club. Either way, Spotland is our home we should not be looking to move away or lose it, we should also not be actively looking to play at a lower lever, just let that natural happen if the budget we can muster makes that the case. I just want to turn up to Spotland on a Saturday and watch a team give it there all to win, if thats in the National League, L2, or NLN or below then so be it. |

Anyone else had difficulty buying online? I have put my barcode in and it took me to a map of the stadium in order to pick a seat, my seat was greyed out. What is the crack here? Surely I just put my code in and it selects my seat and takes my money? |

Had a really poor game going off social media from Scunthorpe fans, hope he finds his confidence again but cant help but thing it was a fantastic sale. He had ALOT to learn while with us to make a decent career out of football which was understandable at 16, but he had loads of potential too. Hopefully a decent run of games with KH will sort him out. [Post edited 16 Jan 2022 12:03]

I'm sure we could all leave some reviews of LKC Motors for any potential future customers to let them know what they would be dealing with. |

You cant not take up the option of a refund and then call the club out for something, your option was there and still is. I have also not taken up my option for a refund as the money was already spent and I would rather the club kept it, that's my choice and I wont be begrudging anyone else any benefits. |

TBF to the club thats a really good offer, most people who have signed up to one are likely watching the matches on ifollow atm and to be basically given a £10 discount is really good, thats 2 now so far this season, much better than 10% off in the club shop etc. |

Why is no one commenting on the fact the club declined to comment on when his contract was extended? Surely we should be demanding this information!? |

How are we going to get the supporters opinion heard? I'm not just going to sit back and watch our club and all the hard work to establish us in League 1 go to pot! Even if we get relegated (Which we most certainly will) I cant watch this drivel in League 2, I need someone to excite me and rally the troops. Do we all bombard Mr Kellys inbox? How else can we be heard? This is painful, its not entertainment and BBM is taking the mick out of me and my hard earned cash with this pathetic interviews. |

Why are you obsessed with this formation? We dont have the wing backs to do it and it would mean we would have to sacrifice our wingers, Newby, Baah etc which are a strong point. To fit in one player who isnt good enough? |

Most embarrasing performance in a long time! Lynch never been good enough, Bola is awful, so is Dooley. Ryan is too hit and miss every week, Lund? Actually feels like a joke and there all in on it. Pathetic, only Humphrys trying! I hope to god our 2nd half options dont include bringing Done on! |

What happened to the young striker that came on last season? Peter Thomas I think he was called, looked like a big physical lad especially for his age. Surely be good to give him a bit more experience if we rate him as we may well require him to step up and offer something in the league going forward. Would like to see O'Connell rested if possible, paramount he plays in the league. |

| Forum Thread | Replica shirt - Lets smash our record at 14:03 25 Jul 2020
Throughout this pandemic I have been worried of the impact on our beloved club, no doubt its going to have hit the club hard and we are going to see the repercussions for years to come. I have felt a burning desire to help the club financially (Only a small amount) But if a number of us all did the same it could and should really help out. Im fortunate enough to be in the position to be able to do this and I understand many others would be. However as a fan base why don't we all come together with a goal in which if reached will help the club financially and we all gain too (New shirt). I know me myself I only buy a new replica shirt now and again and I wouldn't under normal circumstances get this years as I got last years, unless I really liked it. However I am 100% going to be buying one this season and wouldn't it be brilliant if we all or as many of us as possible did the same? Its a way of giving the club £40 (Maybe £20 profit)? each and we all get something back for it. It would be brilliant if we could really push this and break our record for shirt sales in a single season, again no idea what this actually is. If you can afford it why not treat yourself and the kids, grandkids, whoever to a new shirt this season and really help the finances of the club. |
