Just wondering if anyone has any old Dale season review DVD s or VHS's?
I've got a couple here 06/07 and 07/08 just seeing if anyone else has any other they would either part ways with or have a digital copy they could share?
Just trying to workout exactly who we have on board for next season and as we know we have a few gaps. Let me know if anyone is missing from this list.

With lockdown easing in NZ I've struggled to get the time to finish it off to where i'm happy to release a version but thought bugger it, it's taken so many hours to pull data from the English National Football archive and heaps of effort.
Version 1 includes
PLAYER DASHBOARD The player dash is working and pulls through the player name, appearances per comp & Goals. The options at the bottom can change a player name show a certain comp or certain years (hold shift to add multiple years to a player)
ALL TIME RECORDS TAB Takes data from all seasons to rank all time goals & appearances per competition as well as all time.
ALL TIME SEASONS TAB Takes data from all seasons to rank by season tally for goals & appearances per competition.
EVERY SEASONS DATA Tabs from 1921/22 to 2019/20 showing all players used, appearances, goals, starts, sub appearances per competition
I have a huge backlog of things to fix up.
Phase 1 backlog
Pull player photos through to the dashboard Get rid of the :th: showing on the dash Make it look pretty Create an easy to read PDF version on the records for mobiles
Phase 2 Backlog
Add every Rochdale game to the database Expand stats to club stats and the list goes on
It's not perfect but it's consumed a lot of time and a lot of effort has gone in, feel free to use it wherever you guys wish and hope it helps when someone ask how many games did they play or how many goals did they score...that is literally the reason i did it!
i'm using lock-down to put together a Rochdale database, year on year stats for all players, appearances, goals, sub appearances etc which will give an overall list of these stats per competition....love stats and dale so it's a win-win for me. I also like looking at Dale manager's or era's and seeing how actually played the most games who was the sub's always coming on and who bagged the most goals....
1 - Is there something like this that is in circulation? 2 - What would be the best place to get this information - i'v found soccerbase has stats to 1996 but wondering how i could go back further? I'm guessing i might need some annuals but am unsure which one's would be best
A few years back i posted about an overseas meeting up and there were a whole bunch of guys who are Dale fans living in New Zealand.
I'd be super keen if there is appetite to create a NZ Dale supporters club and arrange meet ups and a few beers to watch the games on a Sunday night
The ones i have from before are
down under - Christchurch kiwi dale - north shore - - browns bay Diddy Dave – Taupo Lee72 - South Auckland Auckland Jeff -Auckland East - Maraetai Chockers1 (Me) - North Shore - Castor Bay
Drop a message with your email and i will try to sort out a date and set up a group email for us to get cracking.
Does anyone know how quickly the league games etc will be available to watch on ifollow? I live in nz and won’t be up st 2am for games. How long do I need to avoid social media for lol
As a lifelong Rochdale fan hearing news the of the new FM18 - guess who you start a game with - the mighty dale.
I know this isn't everyones cup of tea & thats all good.
My gaming channel has just started the Rochdale save to try & finally win a trophy at spotland.
You can follow my journey below - any tactical advice or potential signing advice appreciated.I'd love to get a few of the dale community involved, interviews, advice etc...
Just watched an awful game between Gainsborough and Nuneaton but Paul Connor was playing for gainsborough. Now i can remember getting his name on the back of my shirt as a lad but boy was it terrible. Not much movement didnt look like scoring and even in warm ups he could hit the target.....he def wasnt that bad back in the day with rochdale was he!
So we know it is gonna be tough to get anything out of a very good Sheffield Wednesday team but do we think we have a chance of nicking it!!
i feel we need to braver in going forward, play to score goals and put pressure on them...we do look a decent team at times when we attack....we are more solid at the back these days but id love to see jones getting up front more like last season
Hi All Can anyone else remember not just Rochdale but any team having as many loan singings as we have had this year??
I know were in a mess but player turn over is so high they can never expect to get in sink with each other when its chopping and changing and i think we all know the tactics at times have been drop dead awful!!!
Who do we think if any we will go for before end of the January singing window?? I know Stevenage was a mess at the back,,, laughable...but our defence is stronger then the start of the season...where would you want to see our money spent if Coleman goes into the market??
Do we have enough in now to stay up? I think we could well stay up with what we have got, good tactics and consistency we could well do it!
