Life can be harsh and he does have to do what's best for him
but, and a big BUT.
Life goes on and it's just not for him to keep hanging on, the club has to move on with their plans.
Pre season training has started and that should be the cut off point.
At the moment it sounds as if no better offers are there for him to choose.
If he stays, human nature would normally show a bit of resentment, that he only gets 12 months.
So a firm goodbye from me. |

No it was £2m and the Wood fee £400k less.
That would.mean giving Middlesbrough less of the percentage fee.

I was at that game. Kick off was supposedly delayed as Bristol fans had been delayed getting into the ground.
As soon as the Sunderland result came through it turned into a training kick around. |

I'm sure they did. In the same way that the senior players knew.
The senior list wasn't released till after the last game of the season, the club could quite easily have announced the senior list and then next week the others.
Even young players today have agents who would have already put out their names I'd have thought |

Saw him play for Hereford at Nuneaton in 1970, went just to see him play.
He was always a man mountain, but let's just say he had an extra few pounds.
In spite of that and not moving much out of his position he controlled the game with his vision and passing.
Not in his prime but he still had "IT" |

Yes, the work is appreciated.
Even though I don't always agree with the content  (Infrequently.)
They are imo balanced and informative, but the basic material to work with has been difficult at times this season.
Let's hope they can nearly write themselves next season, but keep digging as there are so, so many issues that need answering and addressing. |

All depends what his working relationship with them is.
Has he worked with them or any of their associates before?
Why did he buy share separately and not part of the group.?
Why was he interested? Who introduced him to the club?
I'd be very surprised if he didn't go into it with his eyes wide open.
We can ignore football as this is all about business, and profit (or maybe tax loss) |
