Agree. But sadly our chief executive loves a power play. Kolli is a hard working, down to earth, extremely talented footballer. So much nonsense written about his attitude. The lad will let his football do the talking given the opportunities. |

Indeed. I have been raving about him on here since he was 16. Our youth system is poor, but he is a rarity, and he was always the stand-out talent. Not only is he the real deal, and just needs opportunities and game time, but he has been with us since 8 years old and used to sit in the Ellerslie on match days. Truly one of our own. And I hope that contract is now signed, hence why he has now been bought back into the fold. |

It is also quite clear, as it has been from the summer, that Marti did not get the profile or type of player(s) he requested as key to his style of play. Notably missing in action from a coach who plays possession football: - no ball playing CM recruited, who is absolutely key in terms of the ability to play out from the back and dictate and control a game ( a Faurlin type) - No ball playing full backs recruited, who must be able to do the same, play out, in tight spaces, and progress us up the pitch. (We only have Paal who can do that, 1 of 4 full backs required, and he was already at the club) And then we have the striker situation. Only 2 strikers. And 1 of which cannot play up top on his own. Another area of the team not fit for purpose. So it’s not hard to see where Marti is coming from. |

You’ve been duped and conned like the owners were. Retexo was a 2-man band, consisting of Nourry and his mate Charles Gould. Nourry, the self styled “Lionel Messi of Football Business” via his media / journalist website, gave himself the grandiose title of Managing Partner for Europe. More precisely, he was Managing Partner of none. So, as good at it sounds on first glance, no he nowhere near “Partner” level status like at at a Big 4 firm like Deloitte, PWC etc. He is barely out of uni and prior to QPR - where he has been given the keys to everything - had not even been on a formal payroll, drawing a full-time wage. The club can resolve this situation in the short term by doing the following: - remove Nourry from the club - reinstate Hoos as temporary CEO (who is still in the background) - hire a real, experienced and previously successful DOF by Xmas. Go into the Jan window with an experienced leadership team that know what they are doing. And give us half a chance. |

It’s not just secrecy, there have been a series of flat out lies, mis-truths and manipulations. None of which is acceptable. |

Just to reinforce a number of your excellent points here. He’s never been on a payroll in his fledgling career before QPR. And never had a single person reporting into him. But he’s now on a 6-figure salary minimum. And has an entire organisation reporting into him. Our self-styled “Lionel Messi of Football Business”, is literally the lead character in the Catch Me If You Can film played by Leonardo Dicaprio. At what point does all of this become fraudulent? No point interviewing either about what they’ve been up to. All you’ll get is spin and more spin. Do you remember “The Lionel Messi of business” Where do you think that phrase came from, knowing what you now know…. Edit: bang on with with film reference “Catch me if you can”, had the exact same discussion last night [Post edited 11 Nov 16:32]

The DOF (Nourry) shapes the overall transfer and recruitment strategy, evaluates priorities for squad composition, identifies specific regions and markets to shop in, and identifies age demographics and experience levels needed in the squad. Whilst the head of recruitment (Belk) carries out the transfer strategy operationally, working within the DOFs strategic framework. In practical language: The Nourry direction and decision to; - Shift from UK markets (Ireland, Scotland, England, league 1, 2, and premier league 2) and shop in European markets only - Bring in all 10 x new players with no championship experience between them - Identify players exclusively through data and statistics - Squad composition: Sell dykes and only go into the season with 2 strikers, loan Larkeche and only go into the season with 1 left back, not sign a play-making CM needed for Marti ball, etc, not sign Isaac Hayden and instead chose Ashby last minute etc etc - agree transfer fees, wages, contract lengths [Post edited 10 Nov 23:18]

Retexo is one of the many spider webs. Some Nourry highlights: - On joining: “my 11 years in football.” (He was 26, allegedly working in football from 15 years old…alarm bells…) - On Dembele: “we made it a permanent deal after he hit the required number of appearances” (6 appearances) - On Contract Lengths “Sheffield United and Portsmouth don’t disclose contract lengths either” (not true) - On Kolli: “not playing because of competition ahead of him” (year left on contract and negotiations not going well) It’s as if Nourry thinks he can get away with saying things that are simply not true, because he won’t be found out. Perhaps because it worked for him in his career before QPR, as no one called him out on it? But deceit is not a good trait. And football is a VERY public business, people talk. Especially how Nourry goes about his business… it’s fair to say those who have met the man don’t have a good word to say about him. As for Retexo, it was a 2-man band recruitment consultancy, spun as a global AI and data analytics firm. A version of events that has more curves than a mountain road. We are in real trouble as a club and the owners need to front up and make urgent changes. [Post edited 10 Nov 15:45]

You haven’t a clue what or how I know what I know. But you took your usual jumped up stance and threw your full weight behind it. (Yes, I’ve seen your multiple spats with others over the years, despite this being my first, and last, interaction with you - now placed on ignore, always a first as they say) And no, I will not reveal just because demanded it. I’ve but never once claimed I was ITK, until now. I’ve been posting on and off (mostly off) for years. Everything I insinuated came true, and was backed by others. But you took umbrage. Because that’s what you do. But you were wrong. Yes wrong, but you’ll never own that. You’d be better taking your misplaced anger and addressing it towards the twitterati crew who really do make sh1t up. Or perhaps, tone it down a little, and just have a decent human conversation. |

Suggest everyone Tweets Amit and demands a change of leadership. We need our voices to be heard to give us a slither of hope in the jan transfer window. We cannot sleepwalk into another transfer window with someone who has zero experience. This club is being ruined before our eyes. Nourry out. |

And yet the very stick that you try to beat with, repeatedly, in your typically antagonistic fashion, “oh you are such a pretend ITK”… has become somewhat ironic. Because it’s completely lost on you that the information shared on here by myself and others regarding Nourry, all of which was saying the same stuff (as if it were actually… you know… true) is in fact, catching up to reality. The chickens are very much coming home to roost. Funny, that, isn’t it? |

Was with you from game 1 Joe, where I believe you were the first to call him out as Dozzell mark 2. Turns out, unbelievably, he’s even worse. AND cost 3-4m. When you’ve got a CM that can’t run, can’t tackle, is slow as a snail, and is weak as piss, no amount of “adjustment” to the league will help. File as dead money. He’ll probably go down as one of the worst signings in our transfer history. His profile is horrible, and there’s no chance he’s a MC player. MC wants a number 10 that plays a high press with high energy (plus your obligatory #10 skills), and he wants an 8 that does similar. Neither of those is Madsen, in any way shape or form. Because he can’t run. Can’t press. And has got zero energy or stamina. So it’s tells anyone what they need to know about who signed these players. |

You’ve been sticking up for Nourry in a huge way. In fact you’ve been pretty much ploughing a lone furrow. And you’ve even gone out of your way to any of those who dared say otherwise. And now you slip it in that Nourry is in fact a massive part of the problem. Incredible! |

You love an attempted deflection from the topic Ned. As if it won’t be noticed.. But you still make zero sense. You’ve got all the hallmarks of either being Nourry himself or his mate from Retexo |
