The difficult thing will be convincing Tutte that Bayern Munich are actually not going to come begging for his signature.
Having said that you're never going to convince Bury that they're not Bayern Munich so it might work.

The trouble with Tutte is that he has two managers.
One is his Dad who knows bugger all about the game, as anyone who has had the misfortune to be sitting nearby at an away match will testify. The other manager is Keith Hill.

I also dont like the sound of the tweet below that about trying to fudge his career up. I was all for giving him a chance if he was willing to work for it. Seems hes not arsed. So he can step aside and let the likes of Hery and Allen take over.
I would've expected something like this from one of the YTS lads not from someone who is supposed to be a more senior part of the squad. I like the way Rafferty has gone about being in and out of the squad, hes not bleated (as far as we can see) about being dropped he has just gone about his job and taken his chance when it has come around thats what being part of a team is about Andy. This picture sums up our Andrew in a nutshell. Thierry Henry will pass the ball to a team-mate and Tutte will run over to him and adopt the same pose and he will pass to another team-mate and Tutte will run over to him and adopt the same pose etc etc etc.

I don't quite understand the furore around Tutte.
In the summer the consensus was we were happy to keep him. Yes he threw a wobbler being subbed at Plymouth. But don't we want players who are eager to stay on the pitch and disappointed at being taken off? This reminds me of a couple of occasions when Hill has fallen out with and exiled players - Haworth in his first spell springs to mind.

The fact is Dicker, Lund, Cav, BBM and now it looks like Allen all look better in their various roles. The one thing we can say about Hill is that he is shrewd. If he's out of the squad it will be for good reason.

Surely this is about timing. At the point he signed the 2 year deal, there was no Dicker, no Lund and Allen was very much as now a great but unproven prospect. Add to that the fact that Hilly probably knew JK was leaving, and you have a stick or twist scenario. Andrew is a good player at this level despite some pre madona (ballet not football) tendencies.
Thing is, as its turned out, we now have much better options than Hilly could have foreseen at the time. Fair point? |  | | |

Hill's had made loads of misjudgements. The difference to other managers is if he does he gets rid pronto. Ruben Reid, Tutte the first time, and I'm sure there is loads. He hates bad apples. |  |
