(For those of you who do) If you book through them can you still chose your own seats like you would if booked through a carriers direct site? Or do you just get what you're given?

Yep used it before as my friend who works for an airline recommended it.
I won't know for every airline.
But when I used it to book with a 3rd party for Klm.
All I had to do was as soon as I got my ticket confirmation from the 3rd party.was log in on the klm website and choose my site or upgrade.
