I'm sure a post of this nature has been done before.

But as QPR fans we more or less have roots to West London and its suburbs.

Which Schools did you all go to? Fond memories etc or the contrary?.

I went Douay Martyrs in Ickenham, had no other choice due to moving to the area.... not a fan of the school but the time of my teen hood was okay and I had a laugh.

Interested to hear bout everyone else's schools.

Langley Grammar School alumni: woe betide you if your blazer wasn’t exactly the right shade of green.

John Perryn primary until 1980. Hard to think.of anyone who was into football and not supporting Rangers. Very few if any.
Then Burlington Danes from 80 to 85. Pretty much the same really, though a few more supported other clubs. Not many Chelsea at all surprisingly.
School used to get occasional free/cheap tickets in the Upper School end in the early 80's which helped cement a few lifetime supporters, 2 that still sit with me went for the first time on those tickets.

not many at the moment from ladbroke gove or shepherds bush....

I went to St Francis of Assisi infants, which was a mixed school, then the junior school which was just boys.

Secondary school was Cardinal Manning in St Charles Square.

Brakenhale comprehensive in Bracknell, didn’t have a uniform which automatically made us the hardest school in the town!

My kids went there. Had a reputation, but by the time my kids went, it had calmed down considerably. They had a uniform.
Its all been done up now Loftboy, you wouldnt recognise the place.

Occasional providers of half decent House music.

Still got friends and family in Bracknell, visit every couple of months, it’s a lot smaller than it used to be, in the 70’s it took over the next door primary school which moved to pond Moor Road, I see the old part is now housing!
